Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders will be processed within 2 working days after your order. 

For Singapore and Malaysia orders, you should receive your order within 3 working days from the day we ship out.
 
For international orders, you should receive your order within the timeline displayed upon checkout.

• Free Delivery
Free delivery is only applicable to orders in Singapore and Malaysia only, for all orders above SGD100/RM300.

• Cash On Delivery
In light of the Covid-19 situation, we currently do not offer any Cash-On-Delivery (COD) service until further notice.

• Missed Delivery 
Please contact our courier partner (either Qxpress or Aramex, unless otherwise stated) and provide them with your tracking number to reschedule your shipment.
